Safraz Ally15 October 2026Daniel and his team provided an exceptional level of service, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our transaction closed on time. Facing a critical deadline, I urgently required a mortgage approval and formal bank commitment. The team delivered precisely what was needed within just five business days. I initiated contact on September 2, 2026, and by September 11, 2026—a timeline that included a statutory holiday weekend—I had the official commitment letter in hand. They executed seamlessly and fulfilled every promise. The team’s professionalism is truly unmatched. From my initial consultation with Daniel Patton (the Vice President), to working with his underwriter, Marko, and Asal, who meticulously managed the backend documentation and lender relations, it was clear that this team possesses deep industry expertise. Minutes after our introductory call, Daniel provided a comprehensive, strategic action plan. He immediately grasped the urgency of the situation and presented tailored options without any pressure. I deeply appreciated his cost-saving advice, such as outlining the pros and cons of leveraging a line of credit versus a bridge loan. Despite the complexity of my file and its many moving parts, this team navigated the challenges flawlessly. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking elite mortgage services. They deserve the highest possible praise and 10 stars!Posted on Google

Elizabeth Lynam6 December 2025My experience with the team at Better Mortgage Select has been nothing short of phenomenal. I tried for 7 years to replace a B lender 1 year term mortgage I had with my rental property. Time and time again all other banks and mortgage brokers came up empty despite having a high credit score. I was overjoyed in 2022 when they were not only able to refinance the rental but also obtain a HELOC at A lender rates. I avoided the pain thru the years of rate hikes of having B lender rates and when a major levy came up for my personal condo, my HELOC was able to cover me with the large cash demand. I appreciated even more how having a mortgage broker that has your back with strategic lending that suits your needs is a real stress saver. I could breathe thru a period of high financial stress and have now come out stronger long term. Their team is attentive thru every step and took every opportunity to go the extra mile. I also appreciated how the dreaded paperwork/documentation demand is streamlined with an easy digital form. Their regular webinars and timely newsletters provide great information to help make better financial decisions. Can't recommend BM Select enough!Posted on Google

D Gray6 December 2025I have had two rental and primary mortgages with BM. The staff take the time to listen to my concerns, help weigh options and some times talk me down off the rate debate ledge. My last renewal they helped review and even though I had a similliar rate with my bank, they were still helping examine rates to know I jad made the best choice.Posted on Google
