A proud husband and father, Dave is an avid snowboarder, cottager, and traveler — always chasing peak performance in business and life.

With over two decades in the mortgage industry, Daniel Patton boasts a #1 National ranking by volume (CMP Magazine 2022). As Vice President, he is at the forefront of BM Select’s client experience. A lifelong friend of Dave Butler, he helped build the company from the ground up. Known for relentless game planning and deep client relationships, Daniel leads with grit and integrity. A proud new father, dog lover and passionate sports fan, he enjoys collecting memorabilia and spending quality time with his family.

Lorenzo Podda began his mortgage career as a teenager, while at the same time earning his business degree at Guelph University. He quickly rose through the ranks at BM Select, earning the role of Operations Manager by his mid-20s. Known for his tireless work ethic, he also thrives under pressure, is a sharp systems thinker, and is an expert at keeping complex operations running seamlessly. An avid real estate investor and former competitive soccer player, Lorenzo brings discipline, hustle, and leadership to every corner of the business.

With almost a decade in the mortgage industry at BM Select, Michael Zanzini brings deep experience, hustle, and heart to every client interaction. From his start in credit repair to underwriting and then becoming a trusted sales professional, he’s known for delivering exceptional service and solutions. A family man with strong roots in real estate investing, Michael combines competitive drive from his soccer background with a client-first mentality that consistently earns loyalty and results.

A decade-long veteran of BM Select, Amanda Raposo leads the Fulfillment Department with precision, care, and relentless dedication. Her expertise ensures every mortgage is finalized seamlessly—from client sign-offs to lender compliance. Known for her unmatched work ethic and leadership by example, Amanda’s Department plays a critical role in delivering a polished experience for every client. A devoted mother and team player, she thrives on getting deals across the finish line, no matter the challenge.

Just shy of a decade with BM Select, Asal Namdar brings grit, focus, and tireless execution to her role. With a background in underwriting, she now helps lead Canada’s largest Mortgage Broker fulfillment operation, ensuring files close smoothly and on time. Known for her precision under pressure, Asal is a trusted force behind the scenes. A gym and dog lover, she’s also a key relationship-builder with lender and appraisal partners — a true finisher in every sense.

As Marketing Director, Jenna Velenosi leads all creative, communications, and branding at BM Select. From managing newsletters and social channels to event presence and campaign design, her perfectionist mindset and tireless work ethic shine through. Rising through the ranks internally, Jenna is known for her sharp eye, versatility, and seamless collaboration with both Leadership and Sales. A passionate animal lover and frequent traveler, she brings equal parts strategy and heart to everything she touches.

Marko Vidovich leads BM Select’s Underwriting department with precision and drive. A Guelph Commerce grad, he’s already an industry veteran in his mid-20s, Marko rose quickly through the company to help oversee Canada’s largest mortgage book. Known for his solution-driven mindset, attention to detail, and elite lender relationships, Marko ensures every file is structured for success. A former competitive soccer player, he thrives in high-performance environments and sets the standard for excellence in underwriting leadership.
